Senator Plymale moved to amend the bill on page two, section twenty-four-c, after line fourteen, by adding a new subsection, designated subsection (e), to read as follows:

(e) The superintendent shall partner with the DNA and Digital Forensics sections of the Marshall University Forensic Science Center, which is designated as a Disaster Recovery Laboratory, to enhance the ability of the superintendent and the State Police to comply with their responsibilities.
